Junior Business / Data Analyst

£22-35k (dependent upon experience), excellent company benefits, whilst initially office based, there is a hybrid option after a qualifying period.

We have a local client with a fabulous opportunity for someone to join a small team of 2 others currently, in a wider team of 50+.
You’ll be taught and guided through the tasks required to support development projects, testing, go-live implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance of the interface, as well as the end clients as they progress through the onboarding and then ongoing stages.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be monitoring and supporting workflows and interfaces, being the connection between the customer and suppliers to keep activities running smoothly.
You’ll need to be comfortable liaising with internal departments, external stakeholders as well as 3rd parties and suppliers. It’s a role where communication is key, to enable you all to reach deadlines.
Ideal experience would include (but can also be taught for someone with IT / business related qualifications):
- EDI and other mapping standards – EDIFACT, Tradacoms, cXML
- Communication protocols – AS2, SFTP, FTPs, etc.
- Databases - Microsoft SQL Server
- Accounts package - SAGE
