Due to increased work volumes, our client is looking to employ six individuals to join their department, where you will receive full training and support, to ensure you can complete your duties to a high standard.
These roles will see you working in a customer service setting, responding to incoming calls and providing assistance and guidance. This role is an opportunity to help those customers, so we are looking for individuals who have a real sense of pride when it comes to customer service, and have a keen desire to work hard, succeed and learn.
It is important that we focus on finding the right individuals, so although experience would be amazing, we are also very open to speaking to you if you are just starting your career search, or have a background in retail.
The Individual:
A genuine passion for customer service
Friendly, outgoing with a professional telephone manner
IT proficient
Keen to learn
Strong work-ethic and a desire to achieve
Enjoy working in a busy role
Remain calm when needed
