Urgent requirement for a PA / Administrator to undertake an initial 6-month contract.
The clients head office is here in Epsom, and so long as you’d be able to commute to the office for occasional meetings, you’ll be able to work from home the remainder.
We are recruiting an Administration Executive to carry out the following duties for 3 Directors, within their External Comms / Corporate Affairs department:
Diary management, expenses, maintaining org charts, arranging attendance to meetings/conferences, liaising with external suppliers and companies, producing meeting agendas.
Budget management, involving tracking spend across various project codes for the department, maintaining a budget spreadsheet, raising purchase orders and adding new vendors onto the Ariba finance system.
Providing administrative support to the wider Corporate Affairs team.
Assisting with corporate projects and internal operations.
Owning and maintaining Outlook distribution lists for the department
A familiarity to the following systems:
Microsoft Office, including TEAMS
Ariba / SAP, including Taulia
Concur
