- Lettings Coordinator
An established Property company in Epsom are seeking a new colleague to join their expanding Lettings team.
Ideally, you’ll have some exposure within the property – sales or lettings sectors, to enable you to settle in quickly, and work alongside an experienced Lettings Director and Property Manager.
Currently a team of 6, you’ll be responsible for all the activities of the pre and post lettings activities, including inspections, contractor statements, rents, call outs and maintenance.

Key duties will include:
Liaise and co-ordinate with tenants, landlords and colleagues, to ensure smooth renewals process each and every time.
Maintaining accurate renewal diary activities, bringing colleagues attention to any upcoming vacant properties as soon as possible.
Register tenants, property match and book appointments.
Arranging viewings and check-outs as appropriate.
Provide dilapidation reports, and agree within 10 working days if action is required.
Professionally handle any disputes, including paperwork and evidence and any inspections. Issuing Section 21 notices as appropriate and on time if deemed necessary.
Secure renewal fees from both parties, and meet deposit return times.
Deal with any general maintenance issues, including liaising with contractors and coordinating with landlord and tenants at all stages.
Remain proactive in how as a business, they could improve performance or efficiency – encouraged across the business as a whole.

5½ day working week (office hours are Mon to Fri 8.45-6pm, 8.45-1pm Saturdays (1 in 4 rota)) – day off in week or paid if you choose to work extra
