Temporary Recruitment Administrator
Immediate and urgent requirement for an experienced administrator to work for one of our longest term clients, initially for 1 month.
The role will be split between office and home working - so you’ll need to be able to work successfully from home, e.g. adequate broadband width, and they’ll provide you with the equipment you’ll need for day to day tasks. Due to the office location, you’ll need ideally to be a car owner/driver.
Working hours will be between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
You will need to be fully competent on Excel, and have a professional telephone manner, as you will be required to make outbound calls.
Duties:
Contacting applicants, and establishing their interest / suitability for the role applied for
Sending applications to relevant Managers
Updating Excel spreadsheet with all activity – submissions / first and second interviews / offers / placements
Your skills will include:
The need to be self-motivated, resilient and able to work to deadlines.
Capable of tracking activities and maintaining a keen eye for detail.
Confident in responding to and reacting accordingly throughout multiple sources.
