 - As an essential part of the team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their administrative operations run smoothly, contributing to the overall well-being of the residents. 
 - Your Role: 
 - Oversee daily office tasks, including record-keeping and data entry
- Coordinate resident, family, and staff communication, appointments, and meetings
- Safeguard accurate resident records, ensuring confidentiality
- Collaborate across departments for seamless operations
- Create a welcoming, helpful atmosphere for visitors and callers
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 - Experience: 
 - Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft packages and email functions
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Empathetic and patient manner with residents and families
