Are you a customer service focused individual?
Are you confident on Excel – able to create and analyse reports, formulas and V-lookups
Do you enjoy building relationships with external clients / contacts
Lloyd Recruitment Services have an opportunity for a customer focused individual, to work in a twelve month contract for our client.
The individual will work as part of a team, where you will be the first point of contact for a specific group of external clients, assisting with any escalated concerns and monitoring performance levels.
Duties:
Provide a high standard of service in order to maximise volume and profitability
Provide remote coaching and training on Point of Sales systems
Handle field enquiries, liaising with the relevant departments
Monitor Finance campaigns
Experience:
Customer / Sales focused
Advanced Excel (able to analyse and produce reports / formulas / V-lookups / Macros)
Previous experience of analysing performance levels (month and quarterly) recognising trends
