- Description
This is an inbound contact centre position, dealing with calls from customers ranging from basic queries through to complaints, whilst providing the highest levels of service at all times.
This is an FCA governed environment, previous experience of working within the financial services/insurance industry is preferred, not essential.
Previous contact centre experience is preferred, the client may consider those with a more general customer service background.
The client seeks applicants that will be willing to work occasionally at weekends.
