- Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to offer an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with OTC and/or HCP experience, to work for an internationally recognised brand name.
Based initially from home, but a sensible commute from Epsom for team/client meetings, you’ll be on a temporary contract until the end of February 2021.
To succeed in this role, you’ll have proven experience of managing core digital marketing channels (paid search, search engine optimisation, display, video, email, etc..) and related agencies, combined with culturally flexible and stakeholder engagement experience
The key objective of this role is to manage digital marketing campaigns and technical website projects – delivering critical sales and profit targets and KPI’s inline with agreed business objectives, across 2 of their most iconic brands.
Key accountabilities:
Develop digital tactical activity for the OTC and HCP areas and execute plans, maintaining awareness of the brands.
Deliver initiatives across core challenges on time and in budget with key agency partners.
Optimise on-line customer journey.
Day to day contact for agencies support the website – media, specialist search, creative, analytics, etc..)
Overseeing delivery and optimisation of email comms (managed by Digital Marketing Apprentice)
Maintain the websites, including page build and basic updates via CMS.
Brief, manage and work closely with technical development team to deliver complex digital projects.
Lead, report, and create actions with various analytical tolls including Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Hotjar).
Support ongoing development of the Digital Marketing Apprentice
You must be able to demonstrate:
3-5 years’ experience in OTC and/or HCP
Track record of developing DM plans and activity to mixed audiences of B2B and B2B2C
Strong interpersonal skills, able to lead by example, form collaborative relations, be an affective mentor to less experienced colleagues.
Excellent PM skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong data analysis and insight development competencies.
Understanding of community pharma audiences
