- Lloyd Recruitment Services are proud to be working with a leading company, in their search for an Internal Recruiter to join there HR department within their prestigious offices near Epsom.
You will be joining a small but extremely busy team, assisting in the recruitment across multi-sites, principally at entry level and/or high volume positions as required. Working closely with Hiring Managers and HR to meet hiring needs, and provide consultative advice to hiring managers and negotiate necessary offer packages for candidates.
Responsibilities:
Support full-life cycle recruitment for the above roles, including sourcing, selection and offer.
Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle.
Able to provide first level feedback for internal and external candidates.
Manage the offer process for external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer development.
Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit.
Effectively integrate diversity into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates.
Develop an understanding of the companies Benefits Program and its competitive advantage in the market.
Key Skills & Experience
Direct sourcing and/or recruitment agency experience is strongly preferred
Experience working in a highly metric driven environment with a strong focus on results is preferred.
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites
Prior experience working with an applicant tracking systems is preferred.
