We have an immediate need for an experienced TA Partner to join a small team on initially a temporary basis.  With expansion plans, there is a very strong possibility of this role going permanent for the right individual.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning the full hiring lifecycle and building positive partnerships with Hiring Managers.

You’ll be working on mid management and below appointments, for clients located throughout the UK - ensuring a smooth, professional experience for hiring managers and candidates alike.

Managing expectations and effective communication throughout the team and wider business is a must, a confidence in managing multiple roles whilst staying organised and focused when faced with deadlines is also essential.

You will already have experience of taking ownership in a small team environment, and your proactive and positive energy will definitely be welcomed.
