- Lloyd Recruitment Servicesare delighted to be asked to partner an award-winning company in the local area, with their search for an Inhouse Recruiter.
Being very much a values led company, they are seeking someone with the drive to find the right calibre of person for each individual vacancy and ensuring their outstanding reputation is maintained.
You will be working in partnership with the management team to support recruitment drives, promote the prospects of working for the company and see through the recruitment process to the highest standard.
An element of administration support will be provided, but principally you’ll be responsible for your own workload.
Key tasks will include:
Managing and actioning all employment queries
Advertise, shortlist and interview successful applicants
Ensuring all relevant checks are completed including RTW and DBS.
Maintain employee files and database
Attend recruitment events/fairs where applicable
If you have experience of working in the HR or Recruitment sector, and are looking for a busy full or part-time role (there is possibility of offering this on a 4 day a week basis for the right candidate) locally, where you’ll join a motivated, friendly and fun company, this could be the opportunity for you.
