- Description
- Are you a data and analytical driven graduate, looking to progress your career within a HR environment? 
 - We’re collaborating with a long standing client, who are looking for a HR Data Specialist to join their People and Culture team. Operating across 20+ countries, they provide strategic guidance and governance on a global scale. 
 - With exciting growth opportunities ahead, you’ll have the chance to develop your skills, eventually leading on data, reporting and analytics, helping to drive key business insights and improvements. 
 - This role is also ideal for a data focused graduate with 12 – 18 months experience, ready to build on their career. 
 - Overseas travel will be included in this position, happy to discuss further upon application. 
 - The Role: 
 - Data Analysis & Reporting: 
 - Manage and improve people reporting, dashboards and analytics.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and business impact.
- Present insights via dashboards and BI tools, making data driven recommendations.
- Ensure accurate data collection and reporting, including employee surveys.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 - HR Business Support: 
 - Oversee executive appraisals, remuneration processes and GDPR compliance.
- Support HR policies, talent acquisition, retention, engagement and compensation.
- Manage global HR processes (salary reviews, benchmarking, career development).
- Contribute to HR projects aligned with business goals.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 - Budget Administration: 
 - Coordinate budget planning with Finance.
- Provide reports to support financial decisions.
- Handle invoices and approval processes in SAP.
 
 
 
 
 
 - Skills & Experience: 
 - Strong data analysis and reporting expertise.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work across diverse, multicultural teams.
- Organised, proactive, and detail oriented.
- Strong presentation and project management skills.
