Lloyd Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service - Sales Support professional to join a very well established company based in the Sheffield Park area. This is a temporary role to start ASAP. Candidates must have proven Customer Service skills.
This is a temp booking to start ASAP - temp ongoing with the view to going permanent
** Please note: due to the location candidates must have their own form transport
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Set up new customer accounts- Process orders and requests
- Organise workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints
- Manage administration
Skills and experience required for the role:
- Proven customer service - sales support experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written

Salary: £7.50 to £8.00 /hour - £18K when permanent
