Emma has worked for Lloyd Recruitment Services since 2004, and enjoys working with a wide range of clients and businesses. Able to tailor-make recruitment campaigns to match the individual needs of the client, she is able to dedicate herself to both specialist and commercial recruitment needs, across all areas of the business. Emma has enjoyed, and continues to work with leading clients on a Sole Agency basis and has been recognised on major PSL agreements both locally and nationally.

Emma is passionate about offering a full account management service to her clients, covering temporary, contract and permanent requirements. She thrives in offering a service, her clients can trust, and she also enjoys working to deadlines and timescales.
Along with the above, Emma also prides herself on building strong relationships with candidates and ensures they are always looked after and fully supported. Her door is always open, and you will regularly find both candidates and clients popping into say hello.

Outside of work… (and sometimes in the office), Emma enjoys singing (badly) & dancing (professionally – she wishes). Taking part in charity events, such as hiking and abseiling for local and well known charities, she also enjoys keeping fit, and having the occasional glass of red wine (or two).
