Part-Time Customer Service Administrator


Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a company in East Grinstead who is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.


Location: Central East Grinstead


Salary: £23k pro rata


Hours: Monday to Friday, school hours

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:



  • Take responsibility for customer issues and follow them through to resolution

  • Handle incoming calls and assist with customer queries

  • Provide product information and support to customers

  • Manage and respond to emails

  • Assist customers visiting the office

  • Collaborate with different departments to resolve issues

  • Complete necessary paperwork and use company software

  • Manage deliveries and post duties


Additional duties:



  • Assist with site visits and manage after-sales issues

  • Support the external sales team

  • Keep customers informed about their orders and any issues

  • Promote the company's brands positively

  • Maintain accurate records in the company system

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

  • Enthusiastic, positive, and proactive attitude

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Team player with good computer skills

  • Well-organised, motivated, and punctual


Salary £23k pro rata depending on experience
