Are you a confident 2nd Line Technical Support, looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for an experienced individual, to join our client, a fast-paced MSP.
The Role:
- Provide outstanding customer service, handle support queries, and build strong customer relationships.
- Serve as the 2nd point of contact for IT issues via phone, email, and tickets.
- Collaborate on projects and assist with new customer onboarding.
What You'll Bring:
- 2-5 years of MSP or similar experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows (Active Directory), server management (Hyper-V, VMware, Dell), VDI (Citrix, RDS), networking (switches, firewalls), and backups (Veeam, off-site).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work overtime, as needed in IT.
