Job Title: Senior Exhibitions Executive


Lloyd Recruitment Services is excited to partner with a leading organisation in the exhibitions sector who are looking for a dynamic Senior Exhibitions Executive to join their team.



  • Salary: £34,500

  • 25 days holidays plus bank holidays on top

  • Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Purpose of the Job:


As a Senior Exhibitions Executive, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing exhibitions that elevate customer experiences and align with the organisation's mission of promoting innovative and engaging events. You will oversee all administrative and logistical aspects of exhibition accommodations and support various marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assess exhibition feasibility and manage budgets

  • Coordinate accommodation with exhibition organisers and venues

  • Handle bookings, resolve payment issues, and generate reports

  • Oversee logistics for equipment hire

  • Create marketing materials with the marketing team

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Exhibitions team


Essential Skills & Experience Required:



  • Degree or significant experience in event support and logistics

  • Extensive experience in managing customer-focused exhibitions

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget

  • Strong relationship-building skills with partners and suppliers

  • Familiarity with contractor engagement and management

  • Experience with event booking systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and prioritising tasks

  • Experience in evaluating exhibitions and stakeholder engagement

  • Collaboration with procurement and commercial teams
