- Description
We're currently seeking individuals to join our local client's Customer Service team. As a frontline Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customer queries, maintaining excellent service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Addressing and updating internal systems with any issues or queries
- Sending out essential documentation
- Corresponding with customers via email
- Making outbound calls as needed
