The Role:
- Providing full support to the customers in a busy order department, you will be required to follow up any existing or new orders, keeping clients fully informed of order / delivery changes and progress, responding to pricing orders and assisting with alternatives when needed, processing invoices, and keeping orders up to date, assisting when needed with refunds and replacement items.
- Full training is offered, and it’s an exciting opportunity to join a business that is also able to offer future career progression and for the right individuals.
- No cold calling sales,this is an inbound telephone support role.
