Lloyd Recruitment Services is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a vibrant company on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
As the Account Manager, you will be instrumental in nurturing and managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts to drive growth and achieve revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day account management activities, including member offers, company shop, e-gift vouchers, and online classified advertising
- Expanding and nurturing partnerships to deliver value and enhance customer experiences
- Executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, coordinating promotional schedules, crafting compelling content, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Analysing key performance indicators, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Facilitating effective communication between partners and internal departments
- Providing support to customer-facing teams by addressing inquiries promptly and comprehensively
- Contributing to marketing campaigns and optimising promotional efforts
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in B2B / B2C account management
- Proven track record in partner negotiation and collaboration
- Proactive approach with strong initiative to drive projects forward
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in report preparation
- Confident presentation abilities across various business levels
- Capacity to work independently and cooperatively within a small team and across departments
- Exceptional organisational skills, adept at multitasking and prioritising
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is advantageous
