Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to partner with a dynamic company in the search for a Partnerships Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the Opportunity:
As the Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing a diverse portfolio of partnerships to drive growth and meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of member offers, the great savings guide, company shop, e-gift vouchers, and online classified advertising
Maintaining and expanding partnerships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience that highlights the value of membership
Implementing marketing plans across various channels, including managing promotional calendars, copywriting, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Analysing KPIs, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Communicating product developments to the Marketing Team through written briefs, training, and presentations
Maintaining effective communication between partners and internal departments
Supporting customer-facing teams by providing responses to queries, both orally and in writing
Influencing and supporting marketing campaigns and improving promotions
Essential Skills & Experience:
Relevant experience in B2C marketing
Experience in working and negotiating with partners
Proactive with excellent initiative, able to drive projects forward
Literate and numerate with the ability to prepare high-quality written reports
Strong presentation skills, able to communicate confidently at all business levels
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team, across functions and departments
Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise
High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude
Experience and understanding of Google Analytics would be beneficial
