- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading business in the East Grinstead area who are currently in search of a Digital Content Executive to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Duties:
Maintain website content to ensure it is all up-to-date, factually accurate and in line with the marketing plan, content plan, campaign schedules, digital best practices, brand and editorial guidelines and SEO strategy
Create and manage sales focused landing pages to support promotional and marketing activities
Work closely with the SEO Executive to create and optimise content in line with the SEO strategy. Create content that supports Organic traffic growth with a focus on user experience and merchandising
Plan, research, create, proof-read, publish, and measure performance of all marketing content. Producing high-quality, compelling content that embraces the target markets and supports business goals
Identify opportunities to repurpose digital content effectively and efficiently across other channels and coordinate and execute those opportunities through cross department collaboration
Be responsible for the timely delivery of content end-to-end. From planning right through to publication
Use in-depth knowledge gained through research, analysis, and tools such as Google Analytics, to inform and support decisions about content
Liaise with Marketing Managers to ensure that content about products and services is relevant and accurate
Essential skills & experience required:
Able to participate and contribute as a team player, while also able to work on own initiative
Confidently communicate across departments and teams, and work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to ensure all deadlines are met
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong creative flair and a head full of ideas
Confident working in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about content marketing and digital best practices, trends, and developments
Desirable skills & experience:
Educated to degree level in Marketing or English, or a similar qualification / area of study
Experience within digital publishing /marketing environment and of creating, editing and publishing content
Experience of content management systems
Experience of Photoshop
Basic HTML experience
Understanding of Google Analytics
