- Lloyd Recruitment Services is excited to collaborate with a well-established company located on the outskirts of East Grinstead in the search for a dedicated Senior Sales Executive. What’s in it for you?
£28k - £30k based on experience plus £10k OTE
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
Hybrid working (3/2 split)

Position overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for sales across multiple product lines, playing a crucial role in maintaining and growing our client base, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the success of our company.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain and nurture existing client accounts
Identify upsell opportunities within the current client base
Proactively acquire and develop new business leads
Optimise revenue generation from inbound sales prospects
Share market intelligence and insights with the Sales Director
Meet and surpass agreed-upon personal and team targets
Continuously enhance sector-specific knowledge and awareness
Requirements:
Proficiency in fundamental sales techniques, including questioning, pitching, objection handling, negotiating, and closing
Ability to craft effective sales emails and mailers
£28,000 to £30,000 based on experience plus £10k OTE
