** £38,000 - £42,000 ** Team Get Together days on a Wednesday in London office ** Corporate Benefits Package including 7.5% bonus ** 25 days holiday + bank holidays ** Private medical Insurance ** Life Assurance ** Pension – they match up to 4% employee contribution and contribute 6% on top = 14% total **
How did the job arise:
Due to successful promotion of the existing FinEx Marketing Coordinator, we are looking for someone to join this team of 2 others, working in the Global Risk and Broking division (currently 35-40 employees) of a recognised name in the insurance and financial services industry.

Keen to work closely in a team of 3, alongside the newly promoted Marketing/Campaign Manager and Global Marketing Director?
Looking forward to being fully involved in all aspects of delivering marketing plans and elements, as well as tactics within timelines and most importantly, in budget?
From a professional services background – insurance, investment, financial services being the favoured sectors
From a B2B environment?
This role will focus on delivering:
Campaigns and programmes
Digital and face to face client events – hosting virtual webinars and attending on -day if sited
Social media updates, with LinkedIn featuring heavily.
Briefing outsourced agencies, design studious and freelancers on digital activities including website page and email designs.
Evaluating campaigns through analysis of digital data and help guide and improve impact and initiatives.
Manage mailing activities and target audiences
Liaising with sales teams to ensure targeted delivery.
Support, keep and build relationships with stakeholders throughout all processes, and always ensure continued and effective communication at all stages.
Key Requirements:
Relevant marketing experience is essential from a professional services (insurance, investment and financial services) from B2B angle
Proven experience of marketing comms across broad spectrum of offline and online media (print, direct mail, email marketing).
Excellent organisational skills, the ability to juggle a mixed workload, and prioritise work effectively
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and happy to attend meetings – face to face and virtual with stakeholders and colleagues
Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised, whilst recognising when to escalate issues or ask for help when required
Strong team player with good people skills and a proven track record of providing support to other team members and building collaborative relationships
