Do you have a min of 5 years HR Generalist experience.?
Are you looking for the next step into an HR Managers position.?
Keen to become the key “go to person” for all things HR.?
Are you a genuine all-rounder, happy to guide as well as direct when necessary.?
Do you live within a 30 minute commute of Epsom.?
The group whilst UK owned, have offices internationally, so you’ll have exposure to both would be a distinct advantage, although not an essential requirement.
You’ll be focusing on general HR management, onboarding, recruitment – they are expecting over a dozen new people in 1 team over the next 9 months in one team alone, along with strategic and operational appointments. We can also throw in elements of L&D, payroll and ad-hoc projects. There isn’t a high volume of ER issues, due to the company being so supportive of their employees, which is great to hear for some.
We need to target someone who keeps that balance of being able to liaise with all employees – be you speaking to a “first day’er” to catching up with the board members for “town hall” updates.
With it being a stand-alone role, you’ll have many different hats to wear during the course of your day/week, and your CIPD Level 5 (or a very strong 3 about to sit 5) knowledge will be called upon regularly.

Basic salary: £50-60,000
Epsom
Parking possible on-site or short walk from Epsom Train Station
28 days hols + 3 days given by company for between Christmas and New Year
Mon-Friday
