We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive SEO / Digital Manager to join our client, a dynamic digital agency based in Edenbridge, Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies for our clients company website and their clients' sites, ensuring maximum ROI is achieved. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of SEO Execs and work closely with the Head of Client Services and Directors to deliver outstanding results.

Salary £40k plus 25% bonus £50k OTE
The SEO / Digital Manager will benefit from an accelerated learning curve, exposure to a range of different industries and technologies, and the opportunity to learn from senior stakeholders.
The company offers a bonus scheme, annual profit share, 28 days holiday including 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, and standard working hours of 09:00 – 17:30 or 08:30-17:00, Monday – Friday, with the option to work from home. A formal project management training course and certification program, such as Prince2, will also be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute SEO strategy for their company website and client sites to achieve maximum ROI
Delegate and co-ordinate SEO related tasks to SEO Execs
Create and pitch SEO proposals to existing and new clients within the eCommerce niche
Oversee and execute all elements of SEO from audit, proposal, strategy to execution, performance monitoring
Manage expenses of SEO campaigns, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling differences
Support and guide the Account Management team when it comes to SEO best practices for their portfolio of clients
Support and guide our Development team when it comes to SEO best practices, modules, extensions, etc. for existing and new eCommerce sites
Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
Essential Skills:
Experience with Google services, including Analytics and Search Console
A functional understanding of HTML and CSS
Proven success in link building and viral strategies
A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO
Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry
Familiarity with the best tools in the trade
Experience in eCommerce SEO using technologies such as Magento, Prestashop, and Laravel
