- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with an established Logistics company who are in search of Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to kickstart their career within an office setting as full training will be provided.
You will be working in our head office based on the Manor Royal, working within the Customer Service department. You will be taking calls, helping customers on live chat, and responding to emails.

Responsibilities:
Act as key point of contact for all internal and external customers, escalating issues to their respective Team Manager where required
You will be contacted via telephone, email and live chats via the website by our highly valued customers, queries can range from failed collections, failed deliveries, raising searches & customs issues
You will be liaising with customers and building a rapport with new and existing customers
Resolve or escalate where appropriate customer issues, initiating communication with the team and keeping them informed
Working towards KPI’s whist providing an excellent service to customers
Assisting new and existing customers by email, letter and phone
Prioritising own workload. Multitasking is key in this role
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Qualifications:
High level of customer service skills
The ability to multi-task
Great verbal and written communication skills
Good team player
Self-motivated
Good telephone manor
Microsoft office competent
Experienced working to KPI’s
Willingness to learn
Living within commutable distance to Crawley
Full training will be given, no previous experience necessary, but a background in Customer Service is desirable
