JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

SALARY: £23,000 - £26,000 DOE plus 4% bonus + excellent company benefits

 

Lloyd Recruitment Services has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service professional who enjoys speaking with customers and keen to develop a career within customer service.



As the Customer Relationship Executive, you will be a self-starter, who is eager to learn and can work off their own initiative. Our client will provide you with full training which will leave you earning a very competitive salary alongside some fantastic perks such as:

Key duties:

 



  • Managing incoming calls from external entities including clients/secretaries, hospitals and insurers


  • Maintaining high level of professionalism, providing accurate information or instructions on further proceedings


  • Contacting insurers and hospitals to access updates on outstanding claims


  • Working through lists of unpaid accounts and updating each account with a relevant contact


  • Liaising with members of internal teams in order to resolve issues


  • Working through clients’ outstanding accounts, identifying problems affecting the payment of claims and liaising with clients/secretaries directly in order to resolve these issues


  • Providing reports on outstanding accounts to clients at their request


  • Work to monthly and quarterly targets to get all accounts processed accurately and in a timely manner




Personal specification:

 



  • Experience and confidence in telephone call handing in an office environment is essential


  • Outgoing and confident personality, good problem solver, able to respond quickly to changing business needs


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills techniques are crucial with a high level of computer literacy including a working knowledge of Microsoft office and CRM systems


  • Salesforce experience is desirable, but not essential


  • All candidates need to have good interpersonal skills


  • Effective and competent organisational skills


  • Polite manner


  • Ability to work as part of a team but show individual accountability


  • Willingness to learn new tasks and the ability to take on and accept responsibility
