We have an amazing opportunity for those seeking to enter the financial services sector and launch their careers.



Perhaps you have experience working in retail or have recently graduated from college or university and are eager to work for an established brand name.

  • This is a varied and interactive role where no two days are the same. You will be joining a supportive team of advisors and will be guided and trained by a dedicated team leader!




What will the role entail?



  • Deal with all incoming communications by telephone and where appropriate resolve with company policy or escalate to correct team


  • Understand issues from customers perspective by asking questions and diving further to understand


  • Liaise with customers and other departments to ensure all customer queries are resolved


  • Develop appropriate knowledge in products, procedure, policies and legislations


  • To report directly to the line manager and work positively with all team members




Required skills:



  • Good verbal and written communications


  • Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manor


  • Adequate computer literacy and numeracy skills


  • GSCE or equivalent in maths and English A - C


  • Positive and enthusiastic approach


  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines


  • Previous call centre experience is desirable
