- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a well-established company in East Grinstead who are looking for a Travel Consultant to join their friendly and growing team.
As a Travel Consultant, you will provide effective customer service to ensure the needs of customers are consistently met and often exceeded.
The Travel Consultant will ensure the consistent provision of the highest level of professional service and personal attention to all customers.
Travel Consultant role & responsibilities:
Tailor-make dream trips for customers, incorporating multi-stop flight itineraries, accommodation, adventure tours and more
Provide the customer with expert advice on routings and destinations
Utilise the CRM system to book itineraries
Work towards and achieve revenue targets
Travel Consultant skills and experience:
Must have experience of booking multi sector / round the world trips
Multi-sector/round the world fare building knowledge
Passion for adventure/off-the-beaten track style of travel
Experience working to monthly sales targets
Strong long-haul destination knowledge gained from personal travelling experience
What’s in it for you?
Basic salary of £24k dependent on experience
Opportunity to earn commission / bonus
37.5-hour week across 5 days a week (every other Saturdays and you get time off in lieu)
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
