- Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a leading event’s organiser based in the Crawley area who is looking for an enthusiastic Account Development Executive to join their vibrant offices due to planned organic company growth.
As the Account Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly regarded Events company who organise between 15 to 20 targeted events throughout the year.
Our client engages with high level decision makers across both private and public sector organisations who attend our events free of charge and sell sponsorship opportunities to Tier 1 vendors who offer products / services and solutions that meet the needs of our delegates.
Responsibilities:
Attend briefing meetings with our Production team to gain a full understanding of the relevant Event
Source specific companies who offer products or solutions that tie in with the event through extensive web-based research, adding relevant organisations to our CRM
Identify senior level decision makers within the company to target
Deliver outreach programmes to potential vendors, outlining the business model and how this could benefit them
Manage clients through our sales process to identify the most suitable package for them, ultimately closing the sale at the end of your call
Add value by developing and maintaining long term mutually beneficial working relationships with key clients
Requirements:
Previous sales experience – ideally B2B and gained in a telephone-based sales role
Demonstrate an aptitude to communicate with senior level decision makers
Tenacious approach, with the ability to handle objections confidently
Driven by success and money

Competitive salary £18,000 - £30,000 depending on experience with uncapped commission - earnings range from £55k - £70k
