- Description
- We are currently looking for a Lettings Administrator for our well-known client based in Epsom!
Salary - £22,000 to £24,000 – Depending on experience.
The role:
- Answering incoming calls, fact finding and passing to relevant department.
- Booking appointment for negotiators and updating diaries
- Drawing up and sending out paperwork to landlords and tenants.
- Providing feedback to Landlords, Tenants and Applicants following viewings
- Getting references for applicants and keeping negotiators up to date
- Keeping up to date with filing and preparing for internal and external audits
Ideal candidate:
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and on the phone
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and work to tight deadlines
- Great customer services skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Previous property administration experience would be desirable
