- Description
- We are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator for our well-known client based in Epsom to join their successful team!
** Offering £22,000 - £25,000 Basic + Commission (OTE of up to £40k-£45k) **
The Role:
Conduct property viewings when needed
Manage a database of applicants
Match applicant’s requirements to your property portfolio
Build relations with both Landlords and Tenants
Complete general administration duties when required
Ideal candidate:
Have previous Lettings experience
Be able to work effectively within a team and on your own
Be target driven with a proven track record of achievement
Hold a full UK drivers license
