- Description
- Branch and Team Administrator
Do you enjoy working in a fast paced sales environment, but in an administration / support capacity?
Are you looking for a role that will be neither boring or have you clock watching?
Keen to use your customer services skills both face to face and over the phone?
Are you happy to discuss what’s for lunch and dinner before generally 10.00am - conversations around food happen most of the day here as well as music, films, tv, celebrities and what’s happening on the weekend?
Lloyd Recruitment are on the lookout for an enthusiastic new Branch Administrator to join us here in the busy Epsom branch.
You’ll be joining a growing team of consultants and resourcers, assisting them in a range of admin tasks to help them reach their daily deadlines and monthly targets.
We’re keen to have you to be the initial point of contact over the phone and face to face for all candidates and clients who visit the office – we have an open door policy here, so not everyone has an appointment booked.
Key tasks will include:
Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
Being the first point of contact for calls into the branch
Diarising both visitors and consultants appointments and meetings
Keeping records of interviews taking place, and tracking progress on our in-house database, organising virtual appointment via TEAMs and Zoom.
CV preparation and presentation, highlighting any gaps / missing details before handing back to consultants
Advertising - creating adverts from job specs for job boards, social media and advertising boards, proofing before sending to consultant for sign-off and then posting on relevant sites
Candidate compliance including credit checks, DBS application process, referencing
Marketing – suggesting new ideas and initiatives, getting involved in job fair and event preparations, regular competitions and new incentives
Client record updates, such as changes in contact names and addresses
Keep records for permanent, contract and temporary placements for management
You’ll need to be a confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel and ideally PowerPoint – full training can be provided on our database, which is very user friendly.
We work very much as a team with our Reigate branch and colleagues, and we like to swap at least one day a week and work from their office (based on busy Reigate High Street).
If you feel that this might be an ideal role for you, please don’t hesitate to send us over a copy of your cv.
