You’ll be supporting the Property Services team with 3 key areas:
Employee Engagement
Customer Service
Social Value
This varied role brings together our clients people, customers and the community through working closely with colleagues to administer the developed programs. As part of the Engagement Team, you will confidently contribute to both our Positive Outcomes and People Pillars within our business strategy.
This role requires robust time management, strong eye for detail, the ability to develop relationships with colleagues, agility, multitasking and to genuinely care about contributing to positive outcomes.
As Customer Liaison Officer you will be responsible for acting as the company’s representation to clients and their residents, providing effective and efficient communication between the client, residents and our internal project teams - building and maintaining strong relationships between the property company and its clients by being open, honest, and transparent.
Key requirements, alongside a strong background in customer services and administration are:
Holder of a current valid driving license (for site visits)
Must hold or successfully pass a criminal records check ‘DBS enhanced list check’
H&S qualifications are desirable but not essential
A qualification in housing would be desirable but not essential
