Are you a confident and energetic Marketing Manager, looking for a new opportunity?
Does your experience lie within the retail or hospitality sectors?
We are searching for an experienced Marketing Manager, to join our client who are due to open their business in the heart of Epsom this Summer.
The Role:
Marketing direction, strategy and implementation
Understanding the local community, and identifying key opportunities for engagement and brand awareness
Working closely with Directors and Vendor Partners on delivering sales objectives and growing the business
Proactive engagement with the local community and development of your own contact list for relevant partnerships
Direct marketing, both creating physical marketing collateral and digital design assets (including monthly e-mail campaigns, newsletters and posters)
Social Media content strategy, engagement and management
Facilitate and promote events with FoH
Point of contact for all press enquiries and requests
Reporting monthly on media coverage, social media growth/presence, brand development and targets
Identifying growth opportunities for the business and brand - building awareness
The Ideal Individual:
Confident, proactive, energetic, with a real passion for exciting new ventures and being there from the start!
Organised, able to priorities and communicate clear strategy and objectives
At least 2 years experience in a marketing role, with a background in retail or hospitality is advantageous
Proven record of delivering marketing campaign objectives
Experience managing social media content and strategy
Social, digital and design literate
Excellent communication skills
