Main purpose:
Guided by the Head of Marketing Functions, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and developing the UK’s product offers for forecasted sales, penetration and profitability across their brands/products.
Effectively maintaining the UK portfolio information on the Front Office systems for the business – keeping all activities, including pricings, calculations updated and reflect the current status at all times.
Main responsibilities:
Explore and identify opportunities to improve UK product range inline with commercial strategy, validating commercial relevance with the Field Teams and Marketing Managers - assessing potential volume and profitability impact as well as contribution for Field Teams and their end goals.
Working closely with the Pricing Manager, you’ll be designing and pricing targeted manufacturer campaigns, including campaign offers, national products and dealer packages.
Liaising with manufacturers on any issues, and ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure data fees for on-line calculators are maintained for all current campaigns, for external and internal users.
Monitor competitor activity and carry out benchmark exercises and market research activities when applicable.
Develop website promotional activity with brands and dealers across all market areas and ensure all promotions/communications fall within legal requirements
Ensure that updates are rolled out / communicated effectively to internal divisions and produce any support externally if required.
Assist in the planning of strategic Online Marketing Objectives for 2 leading brands, including contributing to the development of website promotional activity all market areas.
Working with the Marketing Project Manager to ensure digital strategy is implemented and when necessary, attend meetings with suppliers.
Key skills you can offer:
Able to grasp complex business needs and interpret them into a logical format to implement these in an efficient manner.
The ability to challenge or seek further understanding as necessary.
Confidence in being able to prioritise your workload to ensure all key reporting is prepared within agreed timescales.
