** 6 months temporary assignment ** Up to £45k pro rata **
Our client based in a central Reigate location are looking for an IT Service Desk Supervisor to join their team.
You will be responsible for overseeing the Service Desk staff and ensuring that end-users are receiving the appropriate assistance. This includes the responsibility of managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritisation, and resolution of end-user requests and incidents, including the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of Service Desk functions.
Duties:
Delivery of first-class customer service, ensuring the customer is satisfied with the resolution
Demonstrable troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
To support and assist other team members
Manage the processing of incoming calls to the ServiceDesk via telephone, online portal and e-mail to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end user issues.
Ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to
Point of escalation as well as escalating up to 2nd/3rd line
Ensuring the ServiceDesk team conform to SLAs
