Our client, based in the local area is searching for an experience Income Officer to join their team, on a 6-month FTC.
Job Purpose:
Maximising income and prevent arrears
Ensure rent charges owed are promptly and correctly collected
Build and maintain effective relationships
Sustain tenancies
Responsibilities:
Proactively monitor and manage rent and service charge accounts for current and former residents
Respond to all resident contact
Proactive approach in response to tackling arrears
Offer appropriate advice and support
Take legal action against residents and represent in court
Liaise with benefit agencies
Experience:
Debt recovery experience
Understanding housing law
Experience of attending court
