Lloyd Recruitment Services are proud to be working with a well-established and long-standing client of theirs, who are recruiting a Recruitment Manager to join their Surrey office.
This is a brand-new role, due to expansion and you’ll be responsible for all recruitment activity for positions across the business.
You’ll become an integral colleague to the business and confident in creating successful relationships with key stake holders as well as external providers at all levels.
Duties:
Be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring job candidates for open positions.
Work closely with the hiring managers in sourcing, setting up interviews and employment processes.
If not already aware, become involved in People HR to help improve systems and procedures.
Using Thomas Profiling (training will be provided) to set about identifying gaps in team structures and culture and utilise this tool as a fundamental part of the hiring process.
Responsibilities include:
Using various job boards and place adverts and search for suitable candidates, including headhunting via social media platforms
Implementing new sourcing methods as applicable
Meeting with hiring managers to gain brief and create job specifications as required
Making recommendations of suitable candidates to hiring managers
Liaising with hiring managers to coordinate interviews
Always maintaining a professional and highly confidential position
