- Lloyd Recruitment Services has a fantastic job opportunity for a New Business Account Executive to join a dynamic publisher owned company in Central Tunbridge Wells.

Monday – Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and a 4.00pm finish on a Friday!
What you will need:
Experience in B2B or B2C sales (desirable but not essential)
Experience in Account Management (desirable but not essential)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-sufficient
Good methodical and organisational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
What you will do:
As the New Business Account Executive, you will be required to identify, contact and advise clients on products and/or service they require. Providing advice and guidance on the most appropriate product / service for each client. You will be working on your own accounts within the New Business team.
Duties:
Effectively manage a prospective pool of accounts
Effectively managing your own pipeline. Seeing the sales process through from first contact to finish
Achieve monthly individual revenue targets through the effective administration and sale of products and/or services ensuring satisfactory levels of performance and customer service
Use the tools and management information resources available (e.g., MMO reports) to understand the client’s needs
Average 30 effective sales calls per day
Identify businesses to contact
Use reports to offer the correct products
Log all interactions in the company CRM system
Consistently hit your own monthly and annual target
