Senior Broker Support Executive

• Salary: Up to £33k DOE

We’re looking for an experienced sales support professional from asset finance or a closely related sector, who thrives on managing complex deals end-to-end.

What you’ll do:

• Take ownership of deals from proposal to payout


• Work directly with brokers to structure standard and non-standard agreements


• Liaise with underwriting, governance, finance, and payouts to keep deals moving


• Run quotes, complete KYC, and prepare documentation to meet credit conditions

What you’ll bring:

• Background in asset finance, commercial finance, leasing, or similar


• Hands-on experience working directly with brokers or intermediaries


• Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, detail-critical environment


• A problem-solving mindset and the drive to get deals over the line
