- Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently working with a leading B2B publisher & events company in the Tunbridge Wells area. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to join their busy marketing department working with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant to deliver campaigns as well as their industry renowned events.
This is an excellent career opportunity to work for an established and successful company. You will have the opportunity to create content across various channels such as their print and digital publications, awards show, conferences , webinars, and podcast… so no two days will be the same!

The role:
Work with the senior marketing manager to generate new ideas to promote and showcase the company and brands
Run event marketing campaigns to drive awareness, entries and bookings and assist in the organisation of the events
Plan and deliver effective email campaigns with optimised open rates and CTRs
Create engaging social media campaigns
Update the website using CMS (WordPress) and help drive online traffic with web related campaigns when needed
Support with the creation, review and sign off of marketing material
Key skills:
2 years previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B
CMS WordPress knowledge (ideal but not essential)
Experience using email marketing software and creating/designing email campaigns
Good knowledge of social media, including LinkedIn and Twitter and help deliver against the company’s social media strategy
Produce relevant and engaging copy to be used across all channels
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Must be driver due to location
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, HTML an advantage
