Administrator

** £12.00 per hour ** Hybrid Working Available ** 9am – 5pm **

Our client is looking for experienced administrators who can join their teams and assist with all back office support.

With high levels of attention to detail whilst being able to prioritise your workload, the successful individual will need to be fully IT proficient and confident to learn and follow new systems and processes.

These roles are based in the Financial Services industry, however you do not need to have worked in this industry previously, so a great opportunity to step into the world of Financial Services and Pensions.

Duties:
  • Maintaining and updating case files and database records
  • Contacting clients / customers for additional information
  • Handling sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
  • Assisting more senior colleagues with all ad hoc duties
  • Team orientated able to work to targets and deadlines

Experience:
  • Maths & English Language GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of six months previous administrative experience
  • Fully IT proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Strong communication skills
