** Central location in Redhill ** £12.50 per hour ** Friendly team ** Monday – Friday ** Shifts between 9am – 6pm **
Our client, a leader in the Financial Services market are looking for professional individuals to join their customer service team, where you will provide support to customers with all general enquiries relating to their pensions and products.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking for a career change, fresh start, or even someone with an interest in the Financial Services industry.
Initially being offered on a three month temporary role, these positions could be extended or become permanent should the individual wish.
Duties:
Answering inbound calls from customers and members
Assisting with IT portal log-in details
Updating information onto the in-house system
Passing on updates and information to relevant teams
The Individual:
Confident and professional telephone manner
Able to use Outlook and all Microsoft Word / Excel
