- Temporary Collections Agents
3-4 weeks office-based training, before moving to a hybrid working arrangement.
Key duties:
Handling a mixture of inbound and outbound calls to existing Finance customers, who are in the early collections stage (e.g. any debt that is 0-30 days old).
Actions that you’ll need to take include:
Cancel direct debits made by accident
Set up new direct debits
Take payments
Chasing customers for updates
Recalculating payments
Key skills:
Communication
Previous collections (preferable but not essential)
Listening skills
Working to targets
Self-motivated (need to work to targets)
Be able to adapt to customers’ needs
Resilience
