** Full Time Permanent ** Mon to Fri - 9:30am to 6pm ** Sun 10am - 3pm (around twice a month) ** £18 - 25k basic + bonus on KPI’s - c£1.5 year one minimum **
Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be able to assist our established and expanding client, in their search for 2 new Retail Sales Executives, to join their North London teams.
The Role:
To be responsible for all retail sales activities from the time a client enters the branch to closing the sale, and then to maintain the customer relationship.
The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards and provide excellent customer service.
Welcome customers in to the branch and establish their requirements by asking them questions and assessing their needs
Advise customers by providing additional information on products or services in branch, by email or by telephone
Help customers make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and cross sell products and services
Remain knowledgeable on products and services offered
Maintain a presentable retail work environment and professional space, ensuring that stock is kept locked away where appropriate
The Successful Candidate:
Proven working experience as a sales associate
Interest in technology and telecommunications
Be presentable at all times
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service driven
Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft, Excel, Outlook and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
** Opportunities exist in two locations, NW11 and N16 **
