Fabulous opportunity for an enthusiastic trainee to join an expanding ecommerce business, that is going from strength to strength coming out of 2021.!



Originally set up in the MD’s home, they are soon moving to newly refurbished offices.  We are looking for someone who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in with the various tasks currently needed.  But equally keen to stick around to see the next stages in the expansion plans happen.  They are keen to take this person on the ride as they grow.  One direction they are looking at is potentially to manage the training side of the business once fully trained / settled in.



So, if you have a min of 6 months experience within an administrative based role, or a strong background in a customer or consumer services and looking to join a fun team atmosphere, where emphasis is placed on consumer satisfaction, this could be the ideal role for you.



Duties:



  • Packaging orders daily with the support of other staff


  • Sorting through all returns and exchanges


  • Answering customer service emails within given timescales


  • Replying to all social media messages, as well as engaging on social media pages


  • Sending marketing emails


  • Liaising with clients regarding training


  • Dealing with invoices


  • As a team, handling stock takes to ensure orders can be met (2-4 per month)




Requirements:



  • You will need to be aged 18 and over, due to the company insurances.


  • Must be able to work on exhibition days throughout the year which may include some Saturdays


  • Must be familiar with office computing packages including Excel


  • Able to show initiative and keep calm under pressure


  • A car owner / driver would be beneficial, but not a definite requirement


  • Lovers of Starbucks (although other takeaway beverages are available) would also be desirable, although not essential.
