- Financial & Systems Project Accountant - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Are you a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), with practical experience of producing statutory as well as management accounts?
Are you advanced in the use of EXCEL?
Do you come from a company finance background, rather than practice.?
The key responsibilities of this role:
Preparation of templates for monthly management reporting, including Profit & Loss, balance sheet & cashflows, reconciliations and variance commentary
Interrogation of all intercompany transactions and balances including consolidation adjustments
Assist Financial Controller with systems & process improvements, ensuring accuracy of financial transactions, reporting & modelling
Improving annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process and modelling
Review of day to day short term cashflows for the group and aligning with financial reporting
Aligning management reporting to statutory financial statements
Assist with improvement projects across the department
Take the lead on all financial systems within the department
Other duties commensurate with the role as may be requested by HOF
